Money Back Guarantee on Paintings
When you purchase work via our website it is important to us that you are completely satisfied. Buying an artwork is a very personal matter, it is important to us that you enjoy any art you buy from us. We guarantee that we will fully refund the cost of the work if you receive it and are not happy. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your purchase if you intend to return the work, you need only to pay the cost of return freight (we will advise on using our courier with GG discounted rates) and we will refund your purchase cost in full. The work must be received by us in its original condition with its accompanying documentation for the guarantee to apply.

Duties & Taxes
Purchases delivered within Australia will be subject to the Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). All prices shown include GST. Purchases from other countries where the goods leave Australia are exempt from the Australian GST; however other duties and/or taxes may apply specific to the country of import. The buyer is liable for these charges and will be charged by the courier on delivery, these charges are non-refundable on return of goods to us .

We guarantee all work shown on this website and in our gallery is authentic with provenance assured. Gallery Gondwana has represented quality artwork since 1990 and our provenance is considered highly in the industry and is required by art auction houses and for collectors resale. We supply signed and dated Authenticity Certificates and artist profiles.

Insurance and delivery
All works are packed to a high standard and are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery. If you receive any damaged goods please contact us ASAP to arrange for a refund or replacement. Works bought from the website for delivery within Australia and overseas locations will be organised with the buyer directly according to their location.

Please nominate a delivery address where you or your representative will be available during working hours to accept and sign for the package. If you are unavailable a note will be left informing you of how to collect your package. We do not send work to Post office boxes.

* Any work returned to us damaged work will require a restoration fee 

Delivery Time Frame
When we receive your order we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been processed and that the items have been sent. The average time for your order to be delivered is 3 to 14 days from confirmation of your payment and delivery address.
*If you require the article in a hurry please notify us and we will assist with fast order processing and delivery.
