Malliera Ceremonies, the teaching of young men post initiation, often happened in underground caves where a group of men and boys gathered. They carried fire sticks during those ceremonies and often, the use of the linear marks in Dr George's paintings represent those fire sticks.

These teachings are part of the Tingari cycle which is secret/sacred and very little information can be given.
